Workshop Facilities
Our workshop is equipped with all the necessary machinery for the fast, accurate and competitive manufacture of all ducting and associated sheet-metal products.
We have an automatic “Autofold” duct manufacturing system, which enables the fastest production of straight ducting possible; in addition to this we have a sheet-metal profile cutter (plasma-cutter) which develops and cuts all the fittings. These two machines are both controlled from our CAM software system, which downloads duct design information directly from the design office to the machines for manufacture. In addition to this we have all the necessary sheet metal machinery to complete the fabrication process, together with a highly trained and motivated workforce.
The above combination of machines provides us with the latest “State of the Art” fabrication process, which can compete with any first world workshop. The capacity of this machinery is in the region of 60 tons per month, which would satisfy a number of large fast track projects simultaneously.
By using the “Autofold” system, we are also able to purchase our raw material in coil form, which is far more economical and less prone to supplier shortages.
Draughting Facilities
We can offer all the necessary coordination and engineering drawing etc., which may be required. We make use of up to date AutoCAD systems, which integrates with our manufacturing software.
Maintenance Division
Two Oceans has its own Service Division which is run in-house, but is managed by a dedicated Service Manager, whose sole responsibility is service and guarantee work. We employ our own service teams, who are highly trained, and continue to be trained in all aspects of work which we undertake. We provide ongoing maintenance for our completed projects, should our clients not have their own maintenance division.
