Management
The management team consists of four directors. The Director’s have had valuable experience in all aspects of contracting i.e. tendering, design, engineering, contractual and financial management, as well as the supervision of both manufacture and site installation labour forces. All are well experienced competent and resourceful Contracts Managers, having successfully completed numerous large and small contracts in this field.
Mr. Clarence Anthony Maynier
34 Years active involvement in HVAC industry. Clarence has performed in the capacity of Project Director on numerous projects over the years, involving large ducting and piping installations, together with chiller plantrooms and all associated equipment. His attention to quality and detail is an important part of our quality control procedures. He has vast experience, with the ability to motivate a large labour force.
Mr. Craig Colin Boswell
20 Years active involvement in HVAC industry. ND (Mechanical Engineering) – Cape Technikon (1992). Craig has been responsible for the Project Engineering & Management on large-scale projects. He has also been actively involved in the design, commissioning and trouble-shooting of highly advanced computerised Building Management Systems, as incorporated in these projects.
Mr. Wayne Ivan Boswell
21 Years active involvement in HVAC industry. Military Aircraft Technician (1984). Safety Training (1985). NOSA Occupational Health, Safety and Quality Assurance (1984). As well as the Project Management of our major contracts, Wayne has been actively involved in the daily management and quality control of large and modern sheet-metal workshops for a number of years. One of Wayne’s principal roles has been the development of the detailed costing systems, as used in today’s competitive market. These make use of modern computerised costing reports or “Bill of Quantities” to suit the client’s individual requirements.
Mr. Barry Thomas Boswell
18 Years active involvement in HVAC industry. Refrigeration Course – SAIRAC (1993). Electrical Course – SAIRAC (1993). Business Management Diploma – Damelin (1994). Barry has experience in all facets of air conditioning and ventilation contracting. Projects including chilled water plant rooms, chilled water air handling units, liquid and air-cooled packaged units, split units and building automation systems. Barry is known to get actively involved at all levels to ensure that dates and dead lines are met.
